Group Rides & Events

Cycle Oakville organizes frequent Group Rides to show off our business districts and to find the hidden gems of Oakville that are best explored on two wheels instead of four. Join us at one of the following group rides!

2018 Cycle Oakville Group Rides:

  • From Far & Wide Social Ride - April 21st:

    Join Cycle Oakville on our first social ride of 2018!

    Starting off at the Oakville Museum, we will explore the From Far & Wide: Tales from a Suitcase exhibit and then make our way through Downtown Oakville to Gairloch Gardens.

    Start Time: 12:30PM 

    Difficulty: Beginner/Family

    Distance: ~5KMs 

  • Swap, Shop & Save - May 26th:

    Bring your bike to the Swap, Shop & Save event at Oakville's Town Hall between 9AM to 1PM and receive a free tune-up by Cyclepath!

    This event highlights the benefits of purchasing one-of-a-kind items from a variety of local artists, purchase recycled and repurposed items from our garage sale vendors, swap your children's clothes (age 0-6 years) with your fellow Oakvillians and bring your bicycle for a free Spring tune-up!

  • Kerr Village Handmade & Vintage Market Social Ride - June 9th:

    Join Cycle Oakville on a social ride through Kerr Village ending at the first Kerr Village Handmade & Vintage Market of 2018 at the corner of Westside Drive and Kerr Street!

    Start Time: 10:30

    Difficulty: Beginner/Family

    Distance: 10KMs

  • 6th Annual Tour De Trees - July 21st:

    Join Cycle Oakville, Oakville Green and MP for Oakville North-Burlington Pam Damoff as we ride through some of the best trails that North Oakville has to offer.

    Start Time: 10AM

    Starting Location: St. Mary's Catholic School (2175 Colonel William Pkwy, Oakville, ON)

    Difficulty: Beginner/Intermediate

    Distance: 10-15KMs

  • Oakville Crosstown Trail Ride - August 9th:

    Join Cycle Oakville and Oakville North Burlington MP Pam Damoff on a ride along the brand new Crosstown Trail. The Crosstown Trail recently underwent extensive updating thanks to Federal Government funding.  

    Start Time: 7PM

    Starting Location: Neyagawa Park

    Difficulty: Beginner
